What i've heard from the other players in the server said that the reason u got banned was because u were being cocky and abused admin tho
regarding the custom vote, ill talk to hotfire about it

Lemonade can you please submit the "demo" that you have recorded on "I'm Chinese" and we'll look into that for you.

Not that my opinion gives any real evidence; "I'm Chinese" was cheating for the majority of today on your fun map server. I was probably in the demo he made my name was "u cheat"

Yes it doesn't, there cannot be any further investigation until there is this so called "demo" of lemonade's.

The admin in question used very poor judgment and abused their power. I pointed this out in a relatively unrude or offensive way (firstly directly to admin using "u@"). Since that got no response whatsoever I assumed the admin was not seeing my message so wrote it in normal "say". I made my comment and got no response so I questioned why the admin had no response, because they knew they had made a poor admin error. I don't even think it's debatable, the admin in question used poor judgment to ban a player for cheating, who was not in any way cheating and was simply a good player with a good score.

Since there is the /voteban ability for all players, I imagine this is available also to admins. Therefor it makes no sense, and there is no reason, why an admin would or should use a custom vote if they think someone is hacking. Firstly isn't an admins job to remove cheaters from the server? A demo should have been recorded, and the player banned properly. To simply custom vote to ban the player shows either the admin had a personal issue with this person (perhaps they had been killed several times by this player, I can't remember if they were on opposing teams or not). If that is not the case, then it simply shows this admin was very lazy and wanted "fuct" out of the server for some unknown reason (because if they genuinely thought that "fuct" was hacking, any half respectable admin would take a demo and ban, and I think most admins would agree).

As for the demo's of "I'm chinese", I would have already uploaded them if I thought there was anything conclusive in them. Its hard to get a good demo of someone who toggles as there isn't obvious tracing like a usual waller. If you still want them, I will upload. I think there is about 7 or 8 rounds worth of demo from two different maps.

IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT THEN DON'T PLAY ON OUR SERVER. its easy?... /voteban is available for all players and will only pass if the majority allows its too. In this case the majority thought "Fuct" was hacking... Even if he isn't oh well... he'll be back in 30.

You are completely not getting the point...

WHY didn't hotfire do a simple /voteban then, rather than a custom vote?

The answer is simple. Half the people are too busy playing to notice when a /voteban goes up. A custom vote is much more noticeable (the text is larger, and is illuminated, and provides infinite number of options). So this admin clearly had a personal issue with the player "fuct" and wanted a "legitimate" way to get them out of the server.

In this case, it was given TWO option that would have resulted in banning of "fuct" (1. wall, 2. yes, 3. no). Already the odds are stacked against the player.

There is NO reason a CUSTOM vote should ever be made to ban a player on the premise of them potentially walling (besides the /voteban which is an option available to everyone).

If you can not see this as common sense, then I must simply assume that you have none. Your "if you don't like it then don't play on our server" comment also reinforces this assumption.

I'm not trying to be rude here, but seriously, brain a little and I think everyone can see my point makes sense.

I am not taking this too far, you're not taking this remotely seriously. I'm not asking for a royal commission, a Spanish inquisition or even an investigation. I'd simply like to know why the admin made such a poor judgment and is now not even attempting to justify or explain it, or even admit it was an error of judgment and simply apologise.
