how to ban dynamic ip (cs 1.6)

even we "addip MINUTE IP"
then "rcon writeip"

somehow that person stll can join since they were using dynamic ip

eg, we banned this player with this ip: 122.149.109.67
but he still can rejoin cause his ip changed to: 122.149.48.189
and again whenever he rejoin, his ip will keep changing: 122.149.47.166

he admited that he changed his ip to be able joined bk the server

When you ban him on steam id he cant get it no matter he has a dynamic IP , but if he changes the Counter - Strike lets say he joins with pirate one the pirate one has different steam id so he will be able to play again There was a plugin for dynamic ban but it doesn't work anymore , coz it was for the older protocol of CS 1.6

his steamid was fake, or he got heaps of steamid, not sure
but everytime he joined server his steamid were all different, this guy is diff from us, cant only banned by his steamid

even with the help of plugin amx_ip or software HLSW, or even rcon status
still the same, cant get rid of him

but finally we can

there is only 1 and the only 1 way, not with the dynamic ban plugin, theres something else *-^

there is a plugin for this, our fgn dd2 server used it on the guy Serena was talking about and it worked!

I think the problem with this is if someone's dynamic IP got banned and you set a range of IP addresses to ban, there will be people that are banned when they shouldn't be.

havent install that plugin also didnt have time, guess what serena did to banned him *-^

It wasnt banning the range? did you give him a cookie on his computer that when he joined the server picks that cookie and auto bans IP/Steam everything everytime usin a Batch. file?...thats all i got to guess >.<

Ban his Psyical/Mac/External IP, address instead of his computer IP.....

so have no times to do none of the above, theres only 1 quick way to banned him quickly lol
