Serena will have to look into this as admins should not be banning without a demo. It possibly could be a temp ban which if it is there should be a reason as to why.

I banned.
5+ players complaining about aimbot + walls including another admin which was 2sly2quick so i speced for 2 maps.
Tracing through walls and miraculous reaction time to people shooting from behind without missing a shot.
So I put a temp ban of 15 mins in place.

Get a demo next time like your supposed to and upload it and let everyone have a look, Rather then just deciding to issue a temp ban. It's really not that hard to do.

that was a warning banned you were hacking you were tracing thought walls so take that as a warning and dont hack and you shouldnt have any more problems

Sorry but you can not just ban people cause 8 people in the server are saying the person is hacking! The both of you`s need to learn.

so what now, what did i do at dust2?

Do i need to watch these servers 24/7 do i ?

1. There is to be no warning bans just the thought of it is ridiculous there is server rules in place , These hackers no the rules before they turn them on so there is no need for warning bans

2. If someone is hacking you go into spectate and you get a demo you dont just ban for your self pleasure you then place a link to the demo on the forums in the "ban request" thread for all other admins to view then a decision will be made and they will decide if there hacking or not if they are then they will be permed if there not then they will be unbanned on the spot if you dont want to go through this process then add me on steam Jama_rizk and ill come as soon as possible to view the problem

3. If 5+ people complain that someone is hacking dont just assume that they are these 5+ people may be 45mill steam I.Ds with no experience in the game and by then you wouldve banned a legit player for basically nothing and to get rid of a reputation such as a "waller" is one of the hardest things to do , take it from me ive had to get rid of such reputation !

^^ what is that shit ?! It was only 15 minutes ?! what was that 15 minutes for because you suspected that he hacked . your suppossed to be looking after the players best interest's not slap bans just because "you" think he hacks.

4. Ive played against ethan many times before and i cant say i saw anything sus at the time so what your definition of hacking and what mine is are completly different because if he hacked i wouldve got rid of him at the time.

If you think you can just ban anyone and no1 will know dont be silly ive got a lot of friends on the server and im also on that server with alias's and if i see you or killerangel banning people innapropiatly such as not going through the certain steps to have someone banned you's will have your admin removed quicker then you got it because i wont have this server crumble and turn to shit because Me , Beats , Spectre and previous admins such as Se7en , Amat , Dunghole have put to much into this server to see some trial admins who think they have all the power in the world ruin it

My advice, dont ban EVER without a demo, just get the demo and let the people decide.

Azbot can i also add, that before admin is given on here, that there should be 2 demos to view, one which is a hacker and the other that is a legit player and to give points on where you can see the player is using hacks and which player is not. And if they cant point out the obvious then no admin should be given.

Because it looks like anyone can just be granted admin on here!! Being admin is not a easy job, you need decent gameplay experience in order to detect them.

If you suspect someone is hacking and or 8 players in the server are saying so, jump in spec mode and record a demo with the players steam id (if you do not know how to do this then ask) Then and only then if YOU believe that he is hacking, then a ban can be put in place and lodged on here in the ban requests as Azbot said.

This server has to work, as their is no other pub servers full every night. Its sad but its true, which is why im going to lengths to help out.

Spectre i dont think the problem is that your not on the server enough man im on it all the time yet the problems still arise
we can never win

Also make the admin applicant point out on which of the 2 demo`s there is hacks, and where!

Dont mention anything first up to them on which demo to look at, just let them tell you.
