Are you guys at least giving banns out now to people that hack that are permanent, not 45 minutes, but as in, forever until you decide to unbann them?
I know on the players-realm server, the steamID gets banned but also the IP address of the player, even if non-steam there is no way to ever log on to the server once you have gotten a permanent ban. Why could DNS not work that way? There is no real reason to need a 'legit' so called client when that permanent ban is possible to do such as other servers do.
Either way, where does one get the account, is it the actual game that gets mailed out or is it just a ID that gets given over email or what?

Maybe you need to rethink your gt40 insurance policy, you might be able to save $5 if you only insure it for say $290,000......?
