| Howdy,
Some of you may know me, alot probably don't. I was clan leader/admin of a clan called [SNAK]. Haven't played for a couple of years and thought I might start playing a bit again. Hope to see you all in the servers.

Unfortunately [SNAK] is no more, after about 9 years the clan no longer continued after our old server provider eftel decided they weren't going to offer gaming servers anymore after a mass of ddos attacks. Once that happened the clan didn't have a server and it kinda just died out. The old assault server we used to run 20 slots was full every night, we ran our own banning system as I see dns does, we had our forum setup so you could submit a demo and information and it went to a private forum that the public couldn't see, so they weren't aware they had been demoed. Made it alot easier to spec people that were suss to hacking. I used to review alot of demos, Since i've only just reinstalled cs I don't have the tool we used to use installed. It was called x-spectate which was basically a wallhack that could only be used in spectator mode. It is now vac bannable so we used to utilise this in offline mode to review demos to catch the more clever hackers that wouldn't trace easily so that they would be picked up on it. We did also have an amx plugin installed that could be turned on and off that allowed an "admin wallhack" when you were dead, Made it easy to demo online and then straight away ban. Our old bans list had about 1000 steamids that we had caught over the years. Cheers. | |
