Knowledge about amxmod: I am very experienced with AMXmod, I used to be the head admin over at NGN where I was very much accredited to their server success.

of why you want to join *DNS* Team: Fun, friendly and great server. However I do believe there is a need for transparency and some sort of ramifications for administrators like Reptar abusing admin and I believe I can strike that crucial balance between fun atmosphere and the server rules being maintained in their full state.

Why not? I believe I have all the talents and traits best described for admining and am more active than most other admins. I would like some feedback to adjust my application in the future.

What attitudes getting people to better themselves isn't a bad thing in my books. Perfection should be desired not requested in the first place.

Its not about perfection no1 is perfect , Its how you treat people ive been through all your replys on certain threads and its all negative and you bait people to start a arguement .

Thats very true, I think I misspoke, I don't want people to be perfect, I just wish everyone strived for perfection, at the moment it seems the attitude going around is ye that's all right we'll just leave it as is. I want to try and help make the place better.

If anything you don't have enough admins. I understand that you're required to post a demo before banning someone in game when you have suspicions of people cheating, but when they're walling very blatantly, and I mean like it's extremely obvious, it becomes quite a problem. It would be much simpler if you just banned them on the spot instead of going through the large process of posting a demo, receiving feedback from the community and other admins then finally banning them a day later. So far I've seen no admins doing that but instead they continue to play and provide the following statement: "If you want someone banned, please provide a demo on the forums".

Although, this isn't necessarily a bad thing because the lack of experience that some admins have can cloud their judgement of who is in the right and who is in the wrong when it comes to cheaters. This results in ruining the experience for the players that are legitimate and simply skilled and get banned because they're accused of cheating.

Relating to the aforementioned judging of cheaters, since Charlie has a great background in CS experience and evidence of various professional competition placings over the past 7-8 years compared to other certain admins it would be rather silly not to have someone who is experienced and skilled as he is on the admin panel of DNS. To prove such claims, it is obvious when you Google his SteamID and compare the number of tournaments to that of other admins, not to mention a placing of 2nd at in the grand finals of WCG Australia (http://www.hltv.org/news/7638-immunity-win-wcg-australia).

I'll like to point out that I'm not taking a stab at reptaR personally, or any admins for that matter, but simply giving my 2 cents of the research I've done and situations that I've seen on the DNS forums. Thanks for your time.
